No. All of our processing is done by salaried employees that work for our company. All of our processing staff is based in our office in Dallas, TX. We own and have developed our software we use to process your file.

Our employees pass a stringent 3rd party employment screening and they are monitored throughout employment with our company.

Yes. You can have more than one credit monitoring service. While we are working on your file we must have access to the one we recommend. There are many reasons as to why you must use our credit monitoring.

  • Scores and data vary by credit monitoring companies. By using only one, we narrow the discussion on the results.
  • It is budget priced at $21.99 per month per person.
  • Our employees are trained on this one service and can quickly review results.

Part of the program is that you must maintain credit monitoring that we can access. You will be able to see updated results every 30 days when we send you a copy of the updated credit report with a status update email.

We guarantee that if Xpert Credit Repair fails to obtain a removal of any erroneous item within the first 90 days we will refund every penny that you paid us. You must have our recommended credit monitoring service active and allow us access until the issuance of any refund for our guarantee to be effective.

Judgments that are erroneous, outdated, or unverifiable may be removed. Keep in mind that even though a judgment may be removed from the credit report it will not end the debtor’s obligation to the judgment creditor. The judgment creditor may still have the right to collect on the judgment via settlement, bank garnishment, and/or receivership.

A creditor must provide proof that a consumer requested a credit pull or remove the inquiry.

Student loans that are erroneous, outdated, or unverifiable may be removed. Keep in mind that even though an account may be removed from the credit report it will not end the debtor’s obligation to the student loan creditor. The student loan creditor may still have the right to collect on the debt and/or file suit within the statute of limitations.  If it is a federally back student loan, your lender may not allow the loan to proceed even if the student loan does not appear on the credit report. If you defaulted on a government debt your lender will check the CAIVRS system to see if you have defaulted on your student loans. If you have, you will not be eligible for federally guaranteed loans.

A bankruptcy that is erroneous, outdated, or unverifiable may be removed. A bankruptcy is a public record that is reported by the court system. Errors are extremely rare. You can compare how the court system is reporting the bankruptcy by going to pacer.gov

Late payments that are erroneous, outdated, or unverifiable may be removed. We find that late payment disputes are not as effective on currently open accounts or late payments that occurred in the last 12 months.

If you have contacted your creditor concerning late payments that you have proof are incorrect and they have refused to update the credit reporting correctly, then you may want to contact a Consumer Credit Attorney.

Within 5 days we will begin writing letters on your behalf over the concerns that you raised in the Post signup phone call.

Your job during the credit repair process is to:

  • Maintain your credit monitoring at http://xcr3b.com for each participant.
  • Pay all bills on time, every time.
  • Pay down all open credit card balances to below 10% of their credit limit.

Most of the time we are finished in 90 days or less.

The credit score is more than negative items being removed or corrected. So it may take 6-12 months for positive trade lines like credit cards to have their balances paid down, past late payments to age etc.

If you have no positive trade lines it can take up to 6 months for a new account to appear and increase your credit scores. We will guide you to the best ways possible to improve your credit scores quickly.
